Spicy Kerala Koorka/ Chinese potato fry
Prep Time: 30 minutes
Cook time: 20 minutes
Serves: 2 to 3 people
Ingredients:
Koorka,cleaned and sliced - 2 cups
Coconut slices-1 or 2 tbsp
Curry leaves-few
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Kashmiri chili powder - 3/4 to 1 tsp( or to taste)
Garam masala powder- 1/4 tsp
Black pepper powder-1/4 to 1/2 tsp( more if required)
Garlic,chopped-2 large cloves
Shallots,sliced-1/2 cup( i used onion)
Water-as required
Oil-as required
Salt-to taste
